Pregnancy tests test for a certian hormone the fertilized egg itself produces. It takes at least a few weeks for the hormone to be produced. By the time enough of this hormone is produced to be detected, the egg, now called a zygote or embryo, has already attached itself to the inside of the uterus and has developed to about the size of a pea.

Sperm does not stay in the female for 30 days that chick needs to check her facts. Maybe 24-48 hours and that's a big maybe. The tests are usually accurate 2 weeks after fertilization.

i would say a few days. sperm stays in you for 30 days
