The Cleveland Indians have hit 13 grand slams this season. Travis Hafner has 6 of them.

Cleveland leads with 13, followed by the White Sox at 9. The Mets are second in MLB with 10.
Hafner obviously leads with 6 slams, but Richie Sexson of the M's has four, and both Joe Crede and Beltran have three apiece.
For the Tribe, besides Hafner's half dozen, there have been slams from Blake, Broussard, Michaels, Peralta, Marte, Choo and Kouzmaoff. Pretty impressive!

Cleveland Indians...Hafner has 6 of them himself. I know that new guy just hit one (funky last name)...Choo has one...Brousard had one before he was traded...I think Blake hit one in the 1st or 2nd week.
