your beams have been knocked off track, or something is blocking the beams,
There are 2 beams on each side of the garage door ( near the floor). they need to be pointing at each other with nothing blocking them. Then it will work

i think there is some wrong in the motor of ur garage so,call the elec and repair it once for all

see if the chain is not catching, that usually if your main problem, if the main cranck is not turning, you just need a new motor, to turn the cranck, but it could be that the chain is just off its line
