Because the terror level system has no real significance to real life. It is used only to scare the pants off ya so you keep supporting the war on terror. The proof lies in that the only thing we do is check airports and start wars. They claim that the border is better protected, but the truth is that they are full of ****.

Like you want to shut down the Canadian border because some beurocrat has gotten excited about a new threat? You want to shut down 1.5 Billion per day trade? You guys are getting more paranoid by the day. You are letting fear control your life. That is exactly what the terrorists are trying to acheive. Flying those 4 airliners into the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon was like a home-run for the people who planned that attack, and their wishes are coming true when people like you are fearful so much.
