Lendell White vs NYJ
Stevenn Davis vs Denver
Mike Alstott vs TB

I can start 4 RBs ever week.
How would you rank these 3 for the fourth and final spot.

1. Alstott He'll get the goal line carries
2. Davis He may get a few carries
3. White He is hurt and probably won't play.

Is there anything better on the waiver wire?

Lendale White isn't worth considering. He's behind Chris Brown and Travis Henry.

I am not sure how many carries Stephen Davis will get in week 1.

I will have to go with Mike Alstott who played all 16 games last season and had 7 TDs.

I'd go with Steven Davis vs Denver because he'll at least get 25-30 carries during the game and has the best chance of getting a 100 yards and scoring. The Rams new head coach, Scott Linehan, has already said that running the ball will be a major focus of their offense since the Rams last head coach ignored that aspect of the offense.

Alstott barely gets any carries a game. He's mostly used for blocking for Williams and Pittman. He will get goal line carries though.

In Tennessee, Chris Brown is still the starter with Travis Henry as the backup. Lendell probably won't be involved much unless it's a blowout. Until Titans head coach, Jeff Fisher, states White as the starter, it makes no sense to start him for only a few touches a game.

Davis should get some short yardage and goal line carries so his TD value is good. Alstott still might get some touches but his part in the offense is going down. Not sure how White will be this year or how many touches he will get.

1. Alstott - potential goal line carry or two.
2. White - #3 RB on own team!
3. Davis - hurt, won't get 1 carry!

Look at free agent wire for other options.

1. MIke Alstott-just because he might get some goalline carries
2. Lendell White
3. Stephen Davis

Lendell White
Steven Davis
Mike Alstott

None are great options. White has the biggest upside. Davis may play as the veteran back-up running back...but he's old and fragile. I would go with White.
