Market to girls graduating this year, pageants, and soon you can get people doing christmas parties.
Maybe you could market to elderly ladies so they don't have to worry about makeup?

I'm not sure what NOLA is...but, if you are an area where the economy is bad...try selling for a little while...like a Mom and daughter deal or something if they pay for 1 person other gets free or 1/2 price...makes it easier to split the cost...and when people comment on it..it will make for word of mouth advertising! Try offering some other beauty service or product free with the purchase of the eyelash extensions. Or you could do a buy one, get one free deal where they buy the first set of extensions, but then the next time they come in its free. This could help you bring in more repeat business as well.
