I have always let my intuition be my guide. I thought you might enjoy the 2 links I posted above.
I have a Brazilian crystal that has loud vibrations, but I would not use it for healing. I have a Tibetan crystal that is very soothing. Your intuition will not let you down. Trust yourself and the rest will follow.

well traditionaly it is silicone this is a clear crystal like sand but larger with a jaged edge thay and me believe it takes negitivity if hummed over in prayer while held first over the wound and then over the cardinal pathways ( the path over the hart between the head the genitals and acrose the sholders )
it works mainly through your directed love and care so those who dont love you or have care for people have great trouble doing it !
so remember hold the stone to your chest , think of your love for them and your kindness , say i would desire to help this ( name of person ) with my genuin love help me do it ( eyes closed )
wave it over them while having fun too it helps

I'm not entirely sure, but I know that Quartz can be used for a multitude of things, so it may have a very high vibration.

The one that is responding to the need at that particular time. Run your hands over them all as you address the question, and you'll feel the vinbrations and be able to judge by that.
