Like saying hello and the male doesn't speak to them. Just think they are rude and when you think someone is rude you think less of them and loose respect for that person. So then they dislike you and probably is the reason for the cursing....I guess. Myself wouldn't give the person a 2nd thought.
In a workplace it is nice to try to get along with everyone and be nice and have manners and not be rude to someone you will have to work with for a long period of time. Plus I really don't know or have heard of anyone having such a problem. If it was me and I worked somewhere and a male or female didn't talk to me I would think they didn't like me. Then I wouldn't have anything to do with that person. I don't like people anyways so I ignore everyone.

lol yes yes EXACTLY!! DUnno about men in general but me right i try to listen to watever a girls gotta say but sometimes they just go on and on and on and on and on and on and on...well u get the idea. Ofcourse a geeza is goina get bored and this tends to piss a female off cos they probably had a big day and they wanna "talk" about it.

well i dont know but is kinda rude to ignore someone if they are speaking to you. how would you feel if someone did his to you. maybe if you dont want her to talk to you anymore tell her. if it is about business though you are going to have to man up and handle it.
