i want to know where the best university/school for the arts is...coz im planning to shift to a degree course...i want to apply for scholarship also.***im mor of a perfroming artst and im much interested in doing technical stuff than drawings.can you refer to me the best place i can hav that quality education?

Not a university, but Oberlin college in Oberlin Ohio, is very good I hear. I think about at least 75% of its students come from other states, so it must be worth it!
