Lucky is the understatement, My family and I are quite close in fact I own my own practise and my Mother works with me, my sister works in the legal department and I go home each night knowing that I am fortunate to have a family I can work with, socialize with and argue with (every family has it's moments and it is at those times you really see how much others truely care for you). I feel that my family is extrodinary and that the overall expectations of family are easily dismissed as my family can live, work and laugh together and still be a fully functioning family unit.

yes, I am lucky to have a loving family. My parents are still together and still in love after more then 30 years together. Also there is the fact that my family gets together and have fun together at least once a year. Why I feel so lucky is that I have looked and seen other families that do not get along and/or do not see each other until someone dies. That why I count myself lucky is that I love my family and I see my family at least once a year.

My family has always been a peaceful family. We are all different, but we all respect one another and understand that we have more in common and more love, and treating each other with respect makes for a peaceful, nice, home-life.
We are also strongly bonded, so that no matter what kind of thing from outside seems to try to pull us apart we just hold on better and stronger and grow even closer in spite of it.
Finally, there's a whole lot of generosity and general watching out for one another - oh yes, and laughing too.

yes,I am very blessed to have an amazing family. On my mums side, all her sisters and brothers and their children, and children's children get together every 2nd or 3rd week for either lunch or diner, but most of the time we see each other between that.Last time we had lunch and the head count was 56.we are all each others back bone, when one is feeling down, the rest feel down.I know that l can rely on all my family when something goes wrong, and my family are genuinely interested in in each other. For instance my daughter had a school play a couple of weeks ago,it was only a small part, but it was a big deal for her,and all my family knew it,and every single one them came to see her in her play.I honestly couldn't ask for a better family to have been born into.

Through some horrendous upbringing, alcoholism, and many disfuctions, we not only survived but learned forgiveness, excepting one another uncondtionally, we have close contact(all the grandchildren and greatgrandchildren) gather for outings nearly every weekend, we plan cookouts and eating together, my family is white and black so we have gotten through alot of racial issues too. We are a strong and loving family, dedicated...I'm surely blessed!!

No not lucky, blessed. They nurture me and I them. We discuss, we laugh, we support each other and every now and then we fight like the devil for a moment,.Through it all we have a bond so warm and precious that it is like wearing a magic cloak at all times.
My family are my backbone, my heart and the guardians of my soul.

yes and its not pure luck, it took a lot of work by my parents and each and everyone of my family members.there are 6 of us kids and each of us are very different from the others, we were raised to respect the differene in each of us and others we come in contact with, and not expect any one to agree with us but to hope that we can find someone who does. i have carried that with me all my life, and hope to find some one some day that feels the same.

husband who works 6 days a week so i can be a stay at home mom, hands over his paycheck w/o question on fridays and trusts me to take care of money issues. when i'm feeling particularly ugly and fat (come on i'm 6mo pregnant) hubbins will rub my belly and kiss it and tell me i'm beautiful. first thing when he gets home hugs and kisses me and our daughter. little girl loves to give us kisses and hearing love you mommy is the greatest thing in the world, oh so many reasons that cant be listed on that the mere sight of these two people can bring such love and peace is amazing
