I wouldn't pay that much attention to it .. could be something he says all the time or that you look very young for your age.

Don't take it personally, for sure. Most of the time, if said with a smile or an affectionate tone, it's merely a way for one person to convey affection. If it was said in a condescending tone... well, you get it.

A "You're quite welcome, Mame' (or Sir)" will suffice. To them, you are a kid. Why make a big deal out of it? Save your "feelings" for something that really counts! Godloveya!
