No. Evil comes out of unconscious mind, tormented by past.

I don't believe any human being does evil things just for the sake of being evil. People may understand that their actions are evil, but they always think they are achieving some greater good (including also pure personal gain). Those beliefs may be wrong, or even results of hallucinations or mental illness, but there always is some kind of (at least momentary) motivation that the person thinks is "good". There is a poem, in which (roughly translated) is said "No human is truly evil, only one is weaker than the other".

Some movies handle this question as well, Crash one of the latest good ones. I would like to quote one other movie though, Pulp Fiction. There one of the lines of Jules, who is a hired killer and acted in many evil ways, makes a good point. See if you can find it:

"...I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a m*****f***** before you popped a cap in his a**. But I saw some s*** this mornin' made me think twice. Now I'm thinkin': it could mean you're the evil man. And I'm the righteous man. And Mr. 9mm here, he's the shepherd protecting my righteous a** in the valley of darkness. Or it could be you're the righteous man and I'm the shepherd and it's the world that's evil and selfish. I'd like that. But that s*** ain't the truth. The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be a shepherd."

Oh well, I may just be naive when I believe in humanity and good will in the bottom of every persons heart, but I think that's one of the main things making my life worth living.

Yes, I believe that some people who do evil things know exactly what they are doing, and why they are doing it, and they go to great lengths to avoid being caught. These indicate conscious evil. It may be motivated by subconscious factors, but it IS controllable.

There are cases of conscious evil where by the inidividual knows right and wrong and consciously chooses wrong...in some psychological cases there are individuals who acted out against the societal norm in a manner that society deems as being socially unacceptable resulting in being classified as a conscious act. I hope that helps!

Yes, I am always conscious when i am thinking an evil plot..... its nature to be evil to people who are evil to you. Dont be in denial by thinking wrong things only come out unconsciously. You are responsible for the way "you" use your brain. your brain or heart does not control "you". "you" being referred to your conscience self.

Yes, look at the people that kidnap kids and do bad things to them. They plan it, they stake out neighorhoods, they build concrete bunkers under houses to keep them prisoner. If that isn't conscious evil, I don't know what is.
