Number 1 because that cover almost all my bases. Number 2 so I can beat an other Telekinesis people mentally and physically. Number 3 a quick get away to hide my identity, or a nice vacation.

Regeneration (immortality) ** fairly obvious reasoning,...
Transformation (can assume any form, be physically someone different when ever I please) giggles,.... For my pleasure, for the pleasure of others, and to evade pursuit when necessary.
and hmmm,.... Telepathy (the kind where I have the ability to see from a different point of view) Well, if I needed money, I could go to any casino, and see the cards my opponents are playing with and know how to bet appropriately to win the most when I can win, and minimalize my loses when I know I won't win.
