At 50 you should have enough experience to do what you want where you want. Decide where you want to go and find out if there's a demand for what you do (assuming they want it with a language you can speak)

You don't necessarily have to have a specialized degree like medicine or law to get a job abroad. With your experience all you'll need to do is find an employer who's interested in you. They sponsor your work visa and you're in. If you want to move there first without having a company sponsor you, research Highly Skilled Migrant Programme visas in the country you're interested in moving to. Every country has an English language page on their government website about work visas and migration. If you're skilled, it's not nearly as difficult as people make it out to be.
