Yes, they are very accurate. I had my IQ tested and later took the IQ test on Tickle.com and it was within 1 number of what I knew my IQ to be.

They're a pretty accurate measure of your IQ, but if you want results that are accepted by the world of academia as accurate you'll want to take the Stanford-Binet test or WAIS-IQ test.
