I'm working on prequalifying a prospect for a Refinance and have a few questions.

-What forms or information do I need to start (I have the 1003 form?)

If you are doing a Full Doc. Loan, you need everything.

-Past 2 years W2's
-Last 90 days of all bank statements all pages (1-10 or etc.)
-60 days of pay stubs
-Any documents to show investments
-Insurance Binder or Agent contact information
-Pay Off Statement (current loan)
-Life Insurance Statements - if they have one
-2 years of residence addresses
-Name and addresses of employers 2 years
