Start>All Programs>Accesseries>System tools> Disk Defragmentor. or My computer>(right click) C:\ drive > properties> tools.
Run Error checking first. Then the Defragment

in my computer, right click on the disk you want to defragment, select properties, then tools (should be the second tab) and then defragment now... (the second button). then click the defragment button on the bottom of the window.
you may be warned that at least 15% of free disk space are required for defragmentation.

just go over to accessories in program file and then to system tools,but a nicer defrag that does a great job is 0&0 pro but they also have a free home edition that does a faster better job

start
control panel
performance and maintanence
rearrange things on hard disk 2 create disc space
ur ready 2 defragment, click the defragment button

Click on "Start"
go up to "Programs"
from there go to accessories
go down to "System tools"
click on disk defragmenter
it will bring defrag up & you tell it (click on it) to start defragging

go to the left bottom of your screen and hit start; the all programs comes up;
then a long list of options will come up. Go to assesseries and hit system tools you will then see the defrag it will tell you what to do when you hit that.
It's really easy
