There's no best way to masturbate, for either men or women- or best way to have sex, for that matter. It's a matter of exploring your body, and finding out what you enjoy most and feels right. There's no right or wrong answers here.

the best way is to be a quite place and explore your penis and caress with little lube say baby oil or cream and make your movements like milking a cow and try to pull the foreskin and then see the result the semen will fly like
