Sorry you are so lost. Look. y = -2 is a horizontal line.
(No x in the equation.) So the line you want
must be a vertical line(no y in the equation.)
Since it passes through (-5,7) the answer is x = -5.
Hope that helps!

y = 4x + 11 you have chose a line with a slope of the form -a million/(slope of unique equation) and satisfies the (x,y) constraint -a million/(-a million/4)=4 this regulations out the 1st 2 possibilities the 0.33 equation satisfies this and y=4(-a million)+11=-4+11=7 so the 0.33 equation is real
