When i wakeup on the morning first of all i watch my mobile to see sms or calls only . Does anyone on here doing like this ?

pffft I'm the opposite. I turn it off and send everything to voicemail. I turn off my cell, redirect my phone to my call privacy mailbox and log out my messenger. If I need to be reached -someone can send an email and I'll check that when I have the time.
What did our parents, grandparents and great grandparents do without all these tech gadgets? They were healthier, got more exercise, less stress and they invented things. The world will not stop because we didn't check our messages or took time for ourselves. I think you may be a little hyper. Take it easy!! ☺

Yes in the mornings the 1st thing I do after I go to the bathroom and make a drink is grab the phones and hit reload on the pc and quick look my inbox then check voice mail and then my reg. phone.I turn the phones off at night. So yep I check all that 1st thing. It's good too. You got to make sure everything is ok..

when i wake up, first thing i do is go to the bathroom...then i let my dog out to go to the bathroom...a lot of bathroom in my morning it seems
