The Law of Karma says : Whatever is happening to you now is a result of your past actions in your previous life. So what you do now, you will only reap in your next life. So for example, if you lose your arm in an accident, this is because you must have done something bad in your previous life. So what should you do in this life to avoid losing this same arm in the next life? That was the question I asked various Hindu scholars. None could come up with an answer.

Let us say, your dad comes to you at your work place and slaps you in the face and turns round and goes away. What would your reaction be? He comes some other time, days and days after and does the same thing. He does not say anything to you. What would you say? You'd say he needs medical help. Now he comes to you a third time and does the same thing and instead of turning round, he stays and tells all your colleagues: " I did that because when you were 5 years old, you slapped me many times in the face". What would you say? How do you think your colleagues would react? So this is what Karma is about. You are being punished or rewarded for something that you cannot remember. So how can Karma help you make your next life without any misery? The Hindu priests and scholars did not like my arguments and drove me away.

They told me that whatever you are thinking of at the time your soul is leaving your body, will be your lifeform in your next life. What does someone think at the time of death, coakroaches, close relatives, Twin Towers, Big ben? I asked them, what good action did the banana tree do so that in its next life it becomes a human being. Could a banana tree think of a human being at the time they are being chopped off? The law of karma is very much linked to Reincarnation which is not a reasonable philosophy to make people a better person.

Whereas, in the Christian, Jewish and Islamic religion, man will be aware why he is sent to Hell or Paradise. That is why he is constantly reminded in all 3 religions to do good so he can avoid going to Hell. But I found out that Hell is much worse in the Muslims Holy Book than in the Christians Bible or JewishTorah.

Well, sometimes even people who do not believe in the concept of Karma per se will still believe that "what goes around, comes around". It seems possible - but then if you believe that you are judged in death by how you have lived in life then it isn't necessary to have karma - good deeds are rewarded and bad deeds are punished anyway then. That would seem more likely - otherwise there would never be a criminal who went unpunished in this life - which blatantly isn't the case

No. You know Indian Hindus who believe in Karma do not help the poor and hungry because they believe those people earned their position in life. Helping them would prevent them from working off their bad karma. Does that sound right to you?

Karma as in what goes around comes around. Yeah. But if Jesus didn't die on the cross for us, Mankind would be facing some serious Karma for our sins right now.

SURE! Man do I! I think what you do to others will in return be done to you. Treat them unfair, or be crooked in life and I believe Karma will come to get ya. Do nice things in your life and I believe you will be rewarded in one way or another when most needed. Live life honest and pure.... I try my best to instill that in my children's life too.
