Look down from a small height, then a larger height, etc. Choose a set time each day/week to do so. Have somebody with you to remind you and assure that you're safe.

More importantly though you need to face it with someone with you, and in an environment that is protected. Having Acrophobia they call it, (or with any phobias) you can have panic attacks. So you need to go see a specialist of phobias, or at least take along someone.
