I'm a girl and YESSS been there too. Mine was probably a little more embarrassing coz this dude, who's my brother's friend, who's been hitting on me for months, was over at our house and he looked all squirmish and i think like only 10 mins later he decides to tell me my fly is open and i look down and i'm wearing bright red panties , and i'm pretty sure my face went as red as it was and slowly ducked outta view. Although I think he was more embarrassed than i was.

Been there done that.
One time when I was getting into my car I saw a basketball under it so I scooted under the car and pushed it out. I then went to work. When I got home that night and took off my shirt, I found this huge, literally 2 feet round, mound of dirt on my back shoulder. I worked all day and even went to lunch at the mall. Nobody had the common courtesy to tell me that I had a huge chunk of dirt on my back. My wife and I still laugh about this...

yes many times. It is embarrissing. Especially whn someone looks down and they read LUCKY on the part that is open.
