Is there a national website that shows the purchase price for recent home sales?

National is prefered, but I'm specifically looking for homes in Putnam County, NY or in the 10516 zip code if I need to be even more specific.

Go to www.zillow.com and type in addresses. It will tell you the last sale date and selling price, as well as the size of the house.

chicagotribune.com does chicago,try your big newspaper in your area..or make friends with realty's agent..
