My guess would be Oxygen, Carbon, Calcium, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen.

This isn't an easy question to answer but I will give it a try.
The biosphere is a term including all living things on earth.
The five most abundant elements in humans, a part of the biosphere,
are oxygen (63%),
carbon (19%),
hydrogen (9%),
nitrogen (5%), and
calcium (1.5%)

These were the top five elements in several other
organisms I found (alfalfa and bacteria) but the percentages differed
slightly. I think the human values are a good approximation for the
biosphere. The lithosphere is the upper layer of the earth. Its
composition is 45% oxygen, 27% silicon, 8% aluminum, 5.8% iron and
5.1% calcium. The hydrosphere includes all the water on earth.
Water itself is composed of hydrogen and oxygen. The other components
depend largely on whether it is fresh or salt water, the type of soil
the water is exposed to as well as the effects of pollution. Including
the constituents of the water molecule itself the composition of sea
water is 85% oxygen, 11% hydrogen, 2% chlorine, 1% sodium and 0.127%
magnesium. Fresh water would be lower in sodium chlorine and magnesium.
Iron and calcium in the water are chemicals that give it "hardness".
There are a number of major ions in river water, such as calcium,
magnesium, potassium, sodium and chlorine. Other important elements
called macronutrients include nitrogen, phosphorus, and dissolved
organic carbon.

The composition of dry air at sea level is 76% nitrogen, 21% oxygen,
1% argon, 0.03% carbon dioxide and 0.001% neon.

ok your doubt is cleared?

from water = hydrogen, oxygen, the rest of the elements are nitrogen, carbon and calcium
