No, you are tall for your age but there's nothing wrong with that. Being tall is an advantage, girls like tall guys better, tall guys get hired more than shorter guys, tall guys are trusted more. At 13 you might have a little more growing to do, but thats OK. My brother is 6'6" and the only disadvantage he has experienced is having to buy oversized clothes. Other than that, he has totally dug it, I hope you do too.

Start playing basket ball and be very good at it or become a model and make a lot of $$$. Tall girls are more successful than short girls! Be thankful for being tall!!

Hell NO. Get as tall as you possibly can!!!!! I was 6'' at 13, and I wanted to be 7'', but topped off at 6'3''.

Have yourself checked by a doctor. Some hormonal diseases can make you grow real fast.
If all is good with the doctor, your normal and didtn choose to be tall. That is just the way you are.
Learn to live with it. Each and everyone of us is beautiful in our uniqueness.

Yes, chop off your feet.... Of course it is not too tall. Tall is good! At that age it is fine, don't worry.

No, your height is just fine for you. When I was 14 I was 6'3" and 185# and stayed there for many years.
