She's not a princess, but I would choose Mulan. She had an edge, was a non-conformist, and was strong. I most identify with her.

Ariel is adventures, Belle is independant, Jasmine is strong minded, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty are ambitous. Now Mulan should be a princess now she rocks! Of course you cant forget Tinker Bell, she's a fairy princess. My daughter has her all over her wall!

I love Ariel as well! I can't wait to get the DVD (special edition) Oct. 3. :) I love all disney movies pretty much though.
