I was browsen,don't know how i got this ugly picture on the screensaver,HELP.

Go to "start"
"my computer"
"control panel"
"Display"
"screensaver"
and you can change it there. If you want to customize your desktop as well, find a pic online you like. right click on it.. and go to "set as wallpaper" that pic will appear on your desktop screen..but NOT as a screensaver.

Do you mean screensaver (which is comes up when the computer sits idle fot 10 minutes or more) or do you mean background (the picture you see behind your icons all the time)?
For either, start by right clicking on the desktop
Select properties
To change the screen saver, click on the screen saver tab and then select a different screen saver from the list
To change the background, click on the desktop tab and select a different picture from the list (or browser to a picture elsewhere on your computer)

right click on desktop and go to properties. There go to screensaver and change your ugly stuff into something new.

Don't fool around with screen savesr. They don't really save your monitors.
