Should the government pay out more money to the individual to create more cultural and Islamic community?

Or must take the religion out of governmental policy and become proper Secular government?

That is a very good question!!!
I mean it, because I'm living in the heart of a country which governs with such a Extrimist Islamic terrorist regim.
after living more than 28 years within them and sacrifying the future of my children and mine with these beasts, I know what I'm saying it is a kind of hell here, but you know how was it borne?
Of course not because this needs a very precise investigating and research that we- as the poeple that have sufferred to rthis dangerous viruse must know at first step.
I'm telling you, when Al-Qaida was borne at the same mistaken as Aids virus by experimental an experience as political cure and vacsine for preventing of Comunist and then some extra experience for lunching Islamic republic of Iran- without getting final result of the first one- Al Qaida, they made a very big mistake and pushed the whole world society to a horroble desease with the name of Islamic extrimist terorists which is act now as a world wide catastrophy.
I think it would be cured when all that made this mistake with starting to cure the heart of the poeple that suffured to this deadly desease - as poeple of Afghanestan, Iran, Egypt, and...., they owe to this poeple- when I'm saying "they", I mean American and European governments.
I pray that all this terrorist operation be terminated when the world understand the meaning of the Human Rights Charter for all the nation and not sacrifying the poeple of some parts for protecting the other parts by making them as human shield for som "isms".
Amen

First off, we should realize that there are many other instances of Religious extremism by other than Islamists. For how many years was the trouble in Northern Ireland?
I feel that genocide should also be included in this category in that, it is just a type of cultural terrorism. Throughout history there have been many instances of genocide, and one need only look into Africa right now to see it continuing.
I don't feel that violence will be an effective tool to use against the perpetrators of violence, because that only proves that the one with the best weapons wins.
So it seems to me that the answer lies along a couple different avenues .
In the instance of Islamist extremism, I feel that there needs to be a "self policing" being done by the Islamic community as a whole. They are the one who would best understand the mind of an extremist, and therefore would have the best insight as to how to deal with them. They also, suffer the consequences of world reaction to extremist activities. It would probably take much of the world community to convince the Islamic community to take these steps.
Also, hate crimes, I feel are a result of one community's lack of knowledge and therefore fear of another community or culture. The only way to remedy this lack of knowledge is through education. It should be a major effort by all of the worlds developed countries to reach out to the undeveloped ones and lend them a hand.
As far as taking religion out of government, there is a very good reason for this, in that all citizens in a country may not be of the same religious belief, and the only way they can be assured of proper governance is if religious factors are not a consideration.
Also, many people accuse the developed western countries of having gained their affluence at the expense of the less advantaged countries. I think it's time that the west take a hard look at itself and recognise that there is some accuracy in these accusations. It may not be an easy thing to admit, however the only way to progress is if steps are taken to end exploitation and allow less developed nations to progress along with the rest of this planet.

Misunderstanding and mistrust between the religious individuals played a big role in making the societies more vulnerable and unsafe and also the wrong policies of the US govt takes another part to make it worse. To overcome this people have to take time to learn what is really written in the holy books of religions. Since Isalam is being blamed for all the brutalities happened here, let us start with Qura'n and see what is in it, we can get the help from good Islamic scholars and create a good cultural enivironment, so far I understood from my readings of Quran that it promotes peace and love like all other religious books, but there are elements which can be manipulated easily by those extremists for their own purpose. Secondly, we should clearly state the meaning of "Terrorism", it seems like this now a days: "anything work out against US or Israel is called Terrorism and if you attack any other country it is done out of love for peace, it is the double standard of US that makes this world more violent.

The only way that government done to protect the civilion religion atrocity and Islamic terrorist and others thing that related to religions crisis, is to enable religions right, to give every person his right to do his religions and to stop selfish against other religions.
All this crisis that those Islamics terrorist done in this world,is because of the selfish that leaders of Europes countries and America done to Muslim of this world, and i think if they stop, the Islams terrorist will going to stop what they are doing.

I'd be all in favour of secularism, but without giving minorities proper participation in all runs of life there will still be a problem, as seen in France only recently. France is one of the few properly secular states.

Nope, .........I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do
you? So, to ensure democratic western Christian civilisation never offends anyone - particularly fanatics intent on killing us - airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile (or target) certain
people.
They must only conduct random searches of 80-year-oldwomen, people in wheelchairs, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, Secret Service agents who are members of the U.S.President's security detail, 85-year old World War II veterans with metal hips, and Boy Scout
groups. They must never "target" a turban wearing 17 to 40 year old male who appears to have a suspicious package tied around his body. This would be unjustified discrimination!

I think that the ancient Romans clearly had it right in rounding these dangerous fundamentalists up and feeding them to lions, obviously as their society was still degraded by the christians eventually though, we need to do it on a much larger scale.

Simple and inexpensive way is to cut off all ties to them or the country that they are in,nothing goes in nothing comes out, they''ll get the message real quick and solve the problem themselves or die trying.
