Each age is important but the most important is birth to the age of 6. Why? Because that is the years where our core values about the world are formed or not formed. These are the years where child neglect can then breed sociopaths, or love can breed good human beings.
Birth to 6 is the time when you literally shape the world a child carries with them. Hitler (yuck) is famous for saying 'Give me a child until they are 6 years old, and they are mine for life.'
