Admit the truth if you do not understand something.

I always believed pretending that you understand is the best way to get by but i was worng since i have learnt to not be afraid to admit i am unsure of something and don't understand I have gained respect by been the one not to be afraid to ask.
It was the most helpful bit of advice when I was learning Spanish

The best and the unforgettable advice that some body give to me is "Muhammad concentrate on your study at your school, take your religion as your best thing in this world and fear God any where you find your self". This advice is given by my lovely Mother.

Judge people by their actions towards you and not by what other people say about them. It's good advice- you might end up getting hurt or the person could turn out to be nicer than what everyone else says.

I've received lots of good advice, most of which I ignored. And I paid the price later.

Unfortunately, experience - digging a hole for one's self and having to get out of it - is perhaps the most effective teacher.

Don't go out and get any girls pregnant, I kind of learned from it- I have 4 kids - but I married the woman who carried them all.

Someone once said to me that no matter what happens to remember: "Everything happens for a reason"

Live below your means and buy a house. Living below my means helped me pay the house off by the time I was 46. Now I have zero rent. Thanks dad. Oh yeah, never buy a new car. m
