If its the main photo gallery your trying to upload to, all i do is open the picture in question, press the "Edit" button on the bottom right of the screen and it reopens it up in paint
I then go to Image, and then stretch/skew
where it is says horizontal 100%, vertical 100% I change this figure down to 50% or 75%, depending on the picture.
Save the file as a.jpg and then you should now be able to upload onto myspace.

sure, are you using www.photobucket.com? You should save the photo to your computer. Upload the photo into photobucket, then hit edit above the photo. You can then resize the pic to 25, 50 or 75% of its original size and repost it on your myspace page in a smaller version.

You can use a photo editor to resize your pictures then upload that picture to photobucket or other photo hosting site which can be used on Myspace ......

Use Adobe Photoshop.
