Providing your clothes meet UK standards, de facto they meet Eu standards, therefore they also meet Spanish standards

I dont know if the Spanish practise French style silly beggars to limit imports but if thye do then its illegal under EU law.

They do get away with playing silly beggars over Gibralter so you'd best export your clothing via the UK rather than via Gibralter

There should be no restrictions or duty in exporting normal goods such as clothes from one EU country to another.
