Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen!!!Stay out of the sun!!!
Make sure you are drinking enough water and have a healthy diet. Smoking will also speed up the aging process, so don't smoke.
OK, with that said, now for reducing them, personally I love Microdermabrasion (I mean the "REAL" micro, not the micro in a jar stuff... totally different!). It's a little costly, but it will stimulate collagen and elastin and smooth the skin. Then you need to follow up with a good product containing Glycolic and Hydrolaunic Acids, Pentapeptides and Nayad.
I am an esthetician, also 37 and look much younger. As an esthetician, I have some great products available only to license holders, but don't want to be accused of "spamming" so if you are interested let me know.
The goal is to change the memory pattern of the cells, so that the cell can start to behave like a healthier, younger cell.
Good luck.

So glad you asked! I have just recently (1 month ago) started using a brand new "Anti-Winkle Serum" called "Royal Touch". I get facials every three months, and my esthetician recommended it to me. I love it!! It is the "new thing" and has results like Botox, but without the cost and danger of it.

Here are some of the ingredients that make it great:

Hexapeptile 3 - is a natural amino acid that is naturally found in young people. It helps eliminate fine lines where we use facial expressions, and prevents more aging to these spots.

Marine Collagen - keeps skin looking great! Helps cells renew and keeps skin moist and supple. Prevents the appearance of wrinkles.

Emu Oil - anti-oxidant, healing agent, skin repairer, antiseptic, and skin softener.

DMAE - improves the look of sagging skin and repairs wrinkles.

You will love it. It took about 2 to 3 weeks for me to see it, but I feel like a new person now!!

I am a male, 60 years old. For years I have used very good moisturizing creams every night. I also use them after I shave. I do not have one single wrinkle on my face. Don't be afraid to use products for women either, it is just how a product is labeled and marketed.

Smooth them with Retin-A. Tretinoin (Retin-A), derived from vitamin A, has earned its reputation as an excellent wrinkle smoother, particularly for the fine lines caused by years of indulging in the sun. But be warned: Retin-A cream is available only by prescription. See your dermatologist.

Try some skin products, Olay and Avon I would recommend! Also, get 10 hours of sleep and start walking regularly in the morning. Don't drink a lot of alchohol or if you smoke try your best to quit. Drink lots of water too! All these things will make you look great! Plus stay active and healthy, that's the key!

Oprah said that the only wrinkle cream that actually works has alpha hydroxy in it...I use Ponds overnight wrinkle cream....it burns at first but it'll go away. My mom didn't believe me until she used some on her hands and most of her age spots went away. Try it...it's only $11...at wal-mart.

Try using a face cream containing alpha hydroxy acids, such as glycolic acid and lactic acid. Also pure vitmain c serums (l-ascorbic acid). You could also try Obagi products, which you use with Retin A Cream. I have posted the site below. Good luck : )
