Paraffin bath's are wonderful for dry, rough feet and are very relaxing to. You Can get them at Wal-Mart.
Another method is to mixfsugar with Vaseline or a heavy oil (such as suntan oil), rub it thoroughly on WET feet and then dry with an absorbent towel. You may need to rinse some of he sugar if it doesn't come off with drying, but rinse as littler as possible, dry feet, and immediately put on shoes. Even better, let someone else massage the mixture on your feet.

It is nice to soak your feet in warm/hot water every couple of days. I'd put some Skin so Soft in the water or baby oil. Then, use a good lotion, made just for feet on afterwards. This will make you feel really good.

Sally Hanson 18 hour cracked heel cream... Soak your feet, apply the cream in a thick layer (massage it in good and then add a layer), put your soft cotton socks on and go to sleep. In the morning they'll be baby soft. (Repeat several days then just once a week for maintenance...)

An effective and inexpensive method is one used in hospitals for burn victims. Crisco shortning, the white stuff. Slather it on your feet, wrap in plastic wrap and put socks over it all. You will see the difference over night. Of course wash thoroghly in the morning.

coco butter, lotion, baby oil, anything with a moisterizer in it will help. Rub it on there each night before you go to sleep and after showers or baths. My grandmother's feet are like that, it takes time but it will help and they won't be itchy.

I like Jafra's peppermint foot scrub and foot lotion. Use the foot scrub to remove dead skin and then put the lotion on w/ a pair of socks just before going to bed. It will take time, but this routine should help.
