No. No one's ever found any dragon fossils; the 'dragon bones' the chinese found were dinosaur fossils, but they didn't know about dinosaurs and so they thought up the dragons instead. Many animals have existed that were something like dragons (carnosaurs, kronosaurs and pterosaurs are some of the main ones), but no real dragons ever lived.

No, or at least not in the form that we imagine them. Nothing on earth ever breathed fire, because that kind of adaptation would require way more energy than would be efficient in hunting prey. You'd have to consume vast quantities of food to produce the chemicals required to produce flames hot enough to kill on contact (it would definitely be an offensive weapon), not to mention feeding a creature as large as a dragon was reputed to be. Dinosaurs are the closest thing to dragons that the world has ever known, and they're fantastic enough.

By the way, dragons aren't just in Asian myth, but have appeared in one form or another around the world. The image of the armor-clad knight fighting the dragon has become imprinted in the Western mind as well, and one could even call the winged serpent god Quetzlcoatl of the Aztecs a dragon as well. This isn't to say that these all derived from real-life dragons that someone saw, but rather that snakes and lizards have been found all over, and the archetype was carried forward in the collective subconscious of humanity. That explains why different cultures view dragons differently -- in Asia, they're viewed as good luck symbols, almost patron spirits, while in Europe, they are more forces of nature to be conquered or defeated.

They existed millions of years ago. I know this because they exist today. There is the komodo dragon. Oh, not the image of a dragon you had in mind? It's still a dragon.

Dinosaurs were dragons. People found dinosaur bones and misunderstood what they were. They imagined they were great beasts who flew and breathed fire. All cultures have dragon myths. All those myths came from real dinosaur fossils.

They have yet to discover any remains of dragons but I wouldn't doubt it they might find fossils years from now.
