what i mean is, they are not a bad dearlership, but has anyone hit a sticky patch with them, why do they never ring back???

the car has had a constant oil leak and its been in every month for five months and i already have trading standards involved. maybe its the make of car? just curious really

No and you don't say what problems you have had. If it is about the quality of a vehicle or what you see as illegal or underhand practise it might be worth you contacting Trading Standards or Consumer Direct for advice.
