Sometimes you do find published sudokus with more than one answer, but these are not genuine sudokus. There is only 1 answer to a real sudoku.

You're all wrong. Yes there is more than one answer to a Sudoku puzzle. But not all are like that. Some just have one answer. Others have small differences. But once you get all your number in the right place that none doesn't overlap each other you've got it.

Yes, there can be, and it is not that rare. Both answers would be correct as long as the same number does not occur in the same row, column, or area. The simplest way this can occur is when there are two rows and columns with the same two numbers which can be transposed. I only recently started playing Sudoku, but I have run across this situation several times. I also ran across one which was a little more complicated but the same principle applies.

Yes, and in my case they are all the wrong solutions. Have been struggling lately with sudoku and trying all kinds of different things but none seem to work. So in reality I would have to say "NO", there are no other solutions. Just throw them away seems to work for me!!!

A properly constructed sudoku should have only one solution.
