I understand that he wrote it to support the new constitution, but i just want some extra input.

Alexander Hamilton was considered by some to be a dangerous Federalist in favor of limiting the power of the common people to the greatest extent possible and giving the power to the Federal govt. This was largely Aaron Burr's motivation for dueling to the death with him and killing him in their famous duel.
