You really need to stop reading those radical Leftist blogs. It really makes you look retarded. But to answer your question...even though I know that wasn't really the intent of asking it...based on Bush's military entrance exam, his IQ has been estimated at 122.

Kind of ironic, based on your lack of writing and spelling skills that you are calling anyone's IQ into question. Furthermore, you clearly know nothing about Down syndrome...you are simply making an assumption based on pure ignorance. Just by way of a little education, the term "full blown Down syndrome" makes no sense. One either has it or they don't. People with Down syndrome are not referred to as "Down syndrome Patients". And, a person with Down syndrome can frequently have higher IQs than you think.

Now, while you are certainly entitled to have an opinion, it would probably be a good idea to brush up on your typing, spelling, and facts before spouting them off because you have no credibility whatsoever.
