so now that schools have started up again, i find myself near the local high school a lot more, even though my wife doesnt like it.
what im wondering is, are highschool students legal? if the age of consent is 14, im pretty sure even 9th graders count.

No can do buddy, that statutory rape. If the person is a minor, meaning under the age of 18, even consentual acts are considered rape. I would suggest removing yourself from the situation immediately and seeking some help!

No...You are married and you should stay away from the high school. I agree with your wife. High school kids don't need you. Let them find someone around their age that they are with everyday.
