She is the boss and that is her job. You get paid to work right? Well if you are on Yahoo Answer then you aren't working right? and you shouldn't be getting paid for the time that you are here right? And you do deduct the time you spend on Yahoo from your total hours worked right?

i suggest you work overtime set up some kind of elaborate warning system that alerts you in time to get off the answers in time so she will not catch you. Get with the program.
