How's it going? Just interested as I haven't yet found a permanant job I want to know what's in store for me when I do!

Well, I'm not an NQT but I'll be back in the classroom tomorrow. We have a few NQTs starting at our school. They all looked a bit wary yesterday at the INSET day! No doubt they will draw breath by Christmas. Good luck in finding a permanant post. They are hard to come by these days.

How come you can't find a teaching job? Last I heard they were crying out for teachers. Have you tried doing supply teaching. There are agencies which will take even if you have not yet completed your NQT year. This way you get experience actually teaching until you can find a full time teaching post.

There are many more, but I've had experience with these and they are pretty good.
