On Nip/Tuck, what is wrong with Julia's baby. I want to know what they think is going to be so horrible. Some one help me and give me a link to pictures if you can!

It is going to have "lobster claw" hands. It's known as Ectrodactyly, google it in images and it will pull up photographs for you.

I didnt catch the name... but did you see the scene where Julia was eating with the other blonde lady with messed up fingers and hands?? I guess that is what is wrong with Julias baby..
I am actually wondering if somewhere down the road on the show they will do some type of surgery to fix the baby.... dont you?

it has a congenital birth defect that makes his hands all deformed, missing the proper placement of fingers and making the hands seem like all the fingers have been cut off. There weren't any pictures of the child except for the ultrasound. They had a woman on the show talking to Julia who had the same birth defect, who was telling Julia about living with the condition. I can't remember the name of the condition though, it was hard to undertand.

All of the above regarding the hands are correct. However, this is the ploy this season to keep the viewers hanging on, much like The Carver. Alas, The Carver was more exciting, the baby drama is a little too depressing....for the show.

ahhhhhhhhhh i just did a google image search on Ectrodactyly and ahhhhhh. that poor baby!!!! Im catholic and i think that if knew my baby had this i would have had an abortion...
