Yes and No, It means that you will not be able to look at the calender and see when to have sex. You will have to have sex frequently to try and catch the egg when it is in the right spot. Start a Cervical Mucus log in your bathroom. Write down if you have any, what it looked like, smell etc. (sounds gross I know). When your cervical mucus is clear and stretchy it means you are ovulating (ovulation can occur within 3 days before or after this). When you have clear stretchy mucus, act like rabbits. ( or teenagers). If you are thin, try and gain 10 lbs, if you are heavy try losing 10 lbs, usually by the time you accomplish that goal you are prego. Not sure why it works but it does get the ovaries going in most women.

Irregular periods are also a common symptom of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome).. which is a condition that affects many women, something like one in every ten are believed to have it. It's definitely worth checking out with your doctor if this is the case, as there are many things they can do to help.

I don't think irregular periods would make conception more difficult but rather it would not be easy timing your ovulation.

If your periods are irregular your probably best going to your GP to investigate why they are irregular. He/she will also be able to give you some advice on conception.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/0ih2Q
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

No it just makes knowing when you are ovulating more difficult, I bought a special ovulating thermometer and chart from boots, you take your temp each morning before gettin gup and then you can see when you ovulate as your temp goes up. I only used it for one month as it worked!

Good luck and lots of baby dust
