I am an idiot. I thought it came on at 8:00 central, instead it came on at 7:00. I have waited for weeks to watch it and now I've missed it. Please tell me what happened.

It's 8 weeks later and House's leg is doing well. He appears as abrasive as ever to one girl who is paralyzed in a Yoga accident without any apparent damage. But in another case of a man with serious brain damage who attempts suicide, he questions some of his own motives in being a doctor (being kind one moment and nasty the next, as if to justify what he does).

He helps the girl (who, as it turns out, had scurvvy), but obsesses over the treatment of the man, jumping to conclusions based on minimal evidence.

In the end, he comes up with a weird idea not grounded in solid science and Cuddy rejects it. When he sulks in his office, admitting she was right to stop him, she injects the patient with the drug on his way out the door, causing massive improvement. She decides not to tell House, since the answer was erratic, and the doctors are afraid he will fly off the handle, inadvertantly killing a patient at some point.

Meanwhile, by the end of the show, House is beginning to experience leg pain again and prescribes himself a painkiller.

You missed a good one. The surgery correct his leg, he runing but he also had some pain in his leg last night. He took on two cases, one with a yoga instructor, and a parlysised pt with brain CA. He actually has a visually thing to help with the paraylised pt, and he actually got him to talk and walk, he talked to Dr. Cuddy about it and she wouldn't let him do what he needed to but..,....... She did it anyway just to see if if would work and it did, but they did tell him it worked. It was very good, I think this season is going to be great. Sorry you missed it.,

It was great. He's kinder now. He's running, and walking without a limp. He has two cases that he solved, even though his staff wasn't sure about him, and didn't believe him.
