Thats up to you! Personally I play Clarinet, Piano, Guitar and I plan to learn to play Sax. If your looking for a popular music bit go with guitar or bass (your preference), if you want to go "Big Band" play a brass (they are also good for ska), if you want classical maybe go for strings (many can also be used in a rock band situation), if you want to go into a concert band perhaps a woodwind will suit you, if your more the "solo" person piano is great for stand-alones (piano is also great accompany), if you really can't decide which direction you want to go in go for drums they are versitile and you can play them in nearly all of these situations (everyone needs a drummer)! Once you've made a choice make your way to the nearest Music Den (or other music store) and you can talk to someone that can get you the right equipment, and possibly set you up with lessons!

Every instrument is best to play on stage if you play with heart. But I think piano will be best to play because piano has a very calm voice.If someone plays it very well it can touch the heart of the listeners so piano is best instrument to play.

depends on what u're good at; not everyone can play an instrument , because we're dealing with the God-given talent of music here.if u're really good u can do solo concerts for any musical instrument.i personally like the violin, sitar, piano.
