I think they find them in Clubs. Most of the porns I've seen, if it wasn't BangBros.com, were all ragedy looking. Actually, it's those Booty Talk Videos that the girls don't look so good. Those expensive porns have better looking girls.

They usually place ads for "lingerie models" in adult magazines or the paper.Girls that get into this business usually want quick cash because they have some kind of drug or alcohol addiction.
