is there any way to open the blocked sites on the internet.?

blocked sites means,the sites which contain some banned words like sex, naked, nude or any other. i want to know that how can i open those sites also which contain banned words.

if they are blocked, then they are blocked for a reason and unless you have the program which blocked them then just start thinking about something else or just tell whoever blocked them that you are doing a research project on those topics and you need to "study" them
