Speaking from experience. I have noticed that if you have experience then get you MBA you get alot more attention then if you have no experience and graduate with your MBA. The problem is once you leave school it becomes alot tougher to go back and get your grad degree, life and a lack of paycheck seem to get in the way. You can offset the experience factor by doing an internship with a solid company while doing your MBA program. My suggestion is do the MBA program full time and enjoy a few more years of college (trust me you will really miss it later). But also make sure to get a decent internship so you can line up a job after graduation. One key thing while looking at schools is to examine their job placement statistics for your MBA program if they are low or non exsistent you would be better off going to a school that has a better jobplacement and career development program.

Well that depends on the kind of job you will get now.For example,If the job is of sales and marketing type then that would require your communication skills rather than MBA degree. So you can work for an year or so at junior sales executive level and try to perform the best you can and opt for MBA after that. Then your MBA degree will facilitate you in getting a better job straight out of the college. Moreover, some work experience will help you understand the theories well that you will be taught. All the best for your decision.

Companies look for graduation canditates with management skills. You will have wider oppurtunities if you complete MBA and then opt for a job.
Go for job interviews after you complete graduation and if you are satisfied with the job keep it or else wait until you complete MBA.
If you want experience then go for a part time job.I am not sure if anyone could handle both.

If getting a job with the kind of Degree you have is easy , it is best to get the job and take MBA side by side because the Best Company needs MBA with some experience.
If getting a job is taking time and if you have the right sponsor take MBA without wasting your time.

Good MBA programs require 5 yrs of working experience.
Go work for awhile, then go back to school to study for your MBA>
